Q: Are polymer clay earrings heavy?
No. Clay earrings are super lightweight. Each pair weighs less than an ounce. Bigger earring designs may look heavy, but they are really comfortable and lightweight. Sometimes I even forget that I'm wearing them because of how lightweight they are.
Q: Earring care instructions?
Remove your jewelry prior to showering, sleeping, swimming, or applying hair products or perfumes. Please don't bend your earrings, as this will weaken the clay over time and could cause it to break. Store in a cool, dry place to prevent tarnishing.
Q: What material are earrings made of?
Earrings are made from polymer clay. A few of the clay brands I use are Sculpey, Cernit, and Pardo. Polymer clay is very durable and even bendable, but please do not bend your earrings.
Q: Are earrings safe for sensative skin?
All earrings are made with nickel-free posts and backings. We use a mix of 14k and 18k gold posts, jump rings, and backings to ensure people with sensitive ears can wear our designs. Our goal was to create jewelry that is safe for everyone to wear, especially people with metal allergies and sensitive skin. Q: I got makeup on my earrings, how can I remove it?
Clean with a soft dampened cloth or gently rub the surface of the clay with acetone and a q-tip. This method won’t leave any residue on your earrings.
Q: Oops, I entered the wrong shipping address. How do I fix this?
Please message/email me ASAP so we can correct it! Since processing time is between 3-5 days, I'll do my best to fix it. However, once it has shipped it is out of my control and it is your responsibility. If you need to make changes to your order prior to shipping, please send me an email and include your order number.
Q: Can I return or exchange my earrings?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. See REFUND POLICY tab for questions regarding damaged/defective items so we can find a solution for you! All items are hand inspected and go through quality control prior to shipping, to ensure the highest quality. I understand that accidents do happen so if for some reason you break your earrings and need a repair, please contact me via email. I will review requests on a case by case basis. There is a small fee for repairs. Return shipping cost of damaged items is covered by the buyer. I want to make sure you are happy with your earrings, and for you to enjoy them for many years!
Q: What's your processing time and shipping?
All orders are processed between 3-5 business days with USPS First-Class Mail, unless otherwise noted in the item description. Shipping is based on your location, but you can expect your package to take between 3-5 days after I have dropped your package off at USPS.
Q: How much is your shipping fee?
$4.00 shipping fee for all U.S. orders. Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. Use code FREESHIPPING at checkout.
Q: My package says delivered, but I do not see it! What should I do?
Please contact your local USPS and let them know. Once an order is placed in "In-transit" status, we are not liable nor responsible and you must contact USPS directly for any lost or stolen packages.

Q: Can you combine my order?
Yes. I'm happy to combine any orders. If you've placed multiple orders during a shop update or restock, you can email us within 2 business days and we will refund the duplicate shipping charges and send your items together in one package
