Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective due to shipping. All items are hand inspected and go through quality control prior to shipping, to ensure the highest quality. We package our items very carefully. If you receive a damaged/defective item due to shipping or are having troubles with your order, please contact [email protected] with details of the product and the defect. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged shipping box and damaged item, so we can effectively address your concern.
Note: Notice of the defective item must be submitted within 3 days of the item being received, as time stamped by USPS Tracking. Return shipping cost is covered by the buyer. Replacement shipping to be covered by Matiz Clay. Once approved for replacement, damaged earring returns will be accepted and I will gladly remake you a new pair of the same style and send them out ASAP. For quality control purposes, we do ask that you send back the damaged earrings with a return label provided to you.

Terms of Service
Matiz Clay provides handmade polymer clay jewelry. Before purchasing, please note that all earrings are carefully made with thought and love and are subject to slight variation (in color, design, shape) due to its handmade nature. The nature of handmade products means that no two items are exactly the same. Please understand that slight variations may occur, and what you receive may look slightly different (and hopefully even better!) than the photo in the listing.
Matiz Clay earrings are made with polymer clay, nickel-free earring posts, and backings, meaning they are totally safe for sensitive ears. All items are inspected and go through quality control before shipping to ensure the highest quality. Note: Items from any clearance batches may have more imperfections to them. All sales are final on clearance earrings. All Sales Final Policy is applied to clearance items and do not allow refunds, replacements or returns. Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped with USPS First-Class Mail (with tracking) within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted in the item description. Shipping is based on your location, but you can expect your package to take between 3-5 business days after I have dropped your package off at USPS.
Customers are held responsible for reading the descriptions of each item. Before placing an order, it is the customer's responsibility to make sure their email and mailing address is correct. If you need to make changes to your order prior to shipping, please send me an email and include your order number. Once your order is packaged and shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email. Items are carefully packaged using recycled and recyclable materials.
If items are lost in transit, we are not responsible for replacing them. Once an order is placed in "In-transit" status, we no longer hold responsibility for that order and you must contact USPS directly for any lost or stolen packages. We are not obligated to replace/refund/provide store credit in the case of a lost or stolen package. Matiz Clay is not responsible for any package once it has been shipped and accepted by USPS. By purchasing from Matiz Clay, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping/return policies, terms and conditions.
